Wills

Wills are documents designed to pass property to loved ones at your time of death. They are typically used for smaller, less complicated situations. Most clients who desire a will want a “simple will.” However, in addition to “simple wills,” we offer wills that contain a Supplemental Needs Trust for a disabled beneficiary and also wills that contain protective strategies for your loved ones.

Revocable Living Trust

While wills are generally used for smaller estates and simpler planning, most modern planning is done with Revocable Living Trusts. Trusts offer a number of advantages such as avoiding the cost and time of probate proceedings, they contain tax planning strategies where appropriate, and offer a variety of protective strategies to help keep more of your property with your loved ones. Once implemented, these tools provide our clients with peace of mind because their Estate Plan is designed to adapt to many changing circumstances.
